June 11 - 14 - Fishing Trip
There's a saying that "old fishermen never die….they just smell that way."
All Northwood men are invited to find out for themselves, June 11 - 14, during our first Men's Ministry Fishing Trip. Beautiful Fall Lake stretches its 2,100 acres over some six miles of shoreline eight miles northeast of Ely on the border of the Boundary Waters Canoe Area. Walleye, Northern Pike, Small Mouth Bass, Crappie, and Blue Gill abound. Modern Fall Lake Camp Ground provides easy access and a comfortable and convenient camping experience. Four campsites have been reserved with space for 32 "smelling fishermen" Thursday through Sunday. Come for a day or stay for the entire weekend. Final cost estimate of $100 (not including bait and fishing license) will be determined by the number of participants.
So plan to wet a line and join in the fun. (What is that smell?)
