POTS [Parents Of TeenagerS]

POTS is a small group for Parents of Teenagers (grades 7-12) that meets each fortnight (fancy word, huh?) on Wednesday nights. The group is based on the simple idea that parenting isn't simple. There are complex, confusing, and often scary challenges that go along with trying to raise a teenager, and we need all the help we can get.
POTS is not a system to make you a perfect parent, it is an invitation to join other parents as we wrestle with the journey of adolescence where the rules seem to change every day. In our meetings every other week, we discuss ways to better understand our teens and aid them in their spiritual growth and independence in life.
We meet the first Wednesday of each month next to the Koppendrayer's home from 7pm - 9pm.
All are welcome, if you would like to join us or have any questions, please contact Renee Kraemer (Group Leader) at renee.kraemer@northwoodcc.org or Luke Trouten (Youth Pastor) at luke.trouten@northwoodcc.org.
