Facilitator: Dave Nardini 763-428-1440 dcnards@embarqmail.com Study: Life Lessons- 1 & 2 Peter by Max Lucado Description: Life has a way of not turning out like we had wanted. The disciple Peter knew what it was like to go through tough times. Threats. Punishment. Time in jail. Beatings. False words. Peter had seen enough to know how to stay strong in tough times. So he wrote a survival manual. He describes how we should act and respond when life isn't fair. His words of wisdom are beacons of hope for making it through hard times. Peter's counsel may suprise you. But it may be just what you need when you are between the rock and a hard place. "It was this big." "You should have seen the one that got away." People love to tell stories of their fishing adventures. When it comes to faith, however, most people clam up. Why is it we can't talk about what God has done in our life as naturally as we can spin fishing tales? This new study by Andy Stanley will take the struggle out of sharing your faith. Go Fish offers a new perception of the word "evangelism" by showing how believers can make it natural, easy part of everyday life.
