| Brian Doten became Northwood Church Pastor on January 1, 2006, after serving as Interim Pastor beginning March 15, 2005. Prior to coming to Northwood, Brian served at Northwood’s parent church, Wooddale Church, in Eden Prairie, for 24 years as Senior High Pastor and Discipleship Pastor. Brian brings passion and experience in helping people grow as disciples of Jesus Christ and is excited to be at Northwood. He said, “Northwood is a church with a heart for God and people. I look forward to the future and following God’s leadership and where he leads us.” Brian has been married to Kris for over 20 years and they have three children, Kara, Megan and Cooper. The Dotens live in Albertville. In his spare time, Brian likes to run, read, spend time with family, and landscape (his kid’s say he is a fanatic about the lawn!). |  |

Mark Collier is pastor of Worship Arts and Outreach. As a worship leader, his passion is to lead others into God’s presence. As an artist, his dream is to use the creative arts to reveal God’s love to the world. As a Christ-follower, his determination is to reach out and serve. His inspirations are his wife Kathy, his son James, and his daughter Gracie. Mark loves hockey (go Canucks), being on the water, spicy food, laughter, and silence. |
| Luke Trouten is the Youth Pastor at Northwood Church. He grew up in Crystal, MN where his love for Jesus and love for students were grown. Luke graduated from Oak Hills Christian College with a Bachelor of Arts in Youth Ministry and Biblical Studies. He loves anything that happens outside (God's Playground) like hiking, kayaking, rock climbing, hop-scotch... whatever! He and his wife Katie have been at Northwood since 2006. |

Leslee Sherk serves part-time as our Children's Pastor. She and her husband Andy are parents to two beautiful children, Evan and Avery. Leslee has a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Psychology from Bethel College, and a Master of Arts in Education (K-12) from St. Mary's University in Minneapolis. She brings a love for children, experience, and a devotion to Christ to this position. |
| Julie Pipp is the part-time Office Manager at Northwood Community Church. She has a Bachelor of Science in Office Administration from Northwestern College and 13 years business experience. Julie and husband Dan have two kids, Zach and Hannah. As a family, they love hiking, biking, and spending time outdoors. |  |

Chris Nardini is the part-time Administrative Assistant at Northwood Church. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of St. Thomas in Business Administration. Chris and her husband Dave have three children; Jacob, Nicole, and Tony. She likes to go biking, swimming, and camping with her family and to have some quiet time for reading. |
Bret Deneson is the Northwood intern and serves as the point person for Northwood’s Small Group Ministry. He is passionate about seeing people grow in Christ-likeness as they connect in community with each other. In addition to working full-time as a mechanical engineer, Bret attends Bethel Seminary and will be completing his Masters of Divinity degree in the spring of 2009. He enjoys reading, mountain biking, and climbing Fourteeners in Colorado when he can find time. Bret and his wife Katie reside in Maple Grove and have been at Northwood since 2003. They have a son, Luke.
