New to Northwood?
Welcome
We hope you’ll join us this Sunday so you can experience Northwood “live and in person.” Through music, FaithStories, video clips, and practical messages, we present the timeless truths of the Bible in a way that is relevant to the real life issues we all face.
To get the most out of your first visit to Northwood you may want to consider the following steps:
1. Check the Service Times
We have two Sunday morning services every week at 9:30 am and 10:50 am. Quality kid’s ministries are offered at the 9:30 am service (ages birth through Pre-K) and 10:50 am service (ages birth to Grade 6).
2. Get Directions
Northwood meets at the Maple Grove Community Center. You can find directions here.
3. Register at The Woods
If you have children, please register them at our guest check-in; just look for the sign “Welcome to The Woods”. The Woods is the Children’s Ministry at Northwood serving children from newborn-5th grade. Each class opens 20 minutes prior to service time and you and your child/children will be escorted to their new class to meet the teachers.
4. Go to Worship in the Banquet Room
Find a comfortable seat, enjoy the pre-service music and prepare to connect with God.
5. Pick Up Your Kids
After the service, please pick up your children. We love them—but unfortunately we can’t take them home with us.
6. Go to the Northwood Cafe
Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee and some delicious treats. You may also want to browse our children’s ministry resource table (free lending resources) and our welcome center for more information regarding our ministries.
